Emeco Stool

Asked by theMuseum of Modern Art to make a simple stool for theMies Van der Rohe in Berlin, Philippe Starck and Emeco teamed up to make the Emeco Stool and the result is one of their best selling stools, a circle in a square - at once practical and sophisticated. Crafted in the United States from brushed aluminum, this stylish stool can stack up to four high for effortless storage when not in use. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, this seating design is available in a variety of sizes for an outdoor bar set up, kitchen island countertop, or low-profile dining room table.
